Installers who design.
Sync Automation Limited is an engineering and installation company based in Masaki, Dar es Salaam. We design and install the systems that make a building work, and we stay on to support them.
Who we are
One plan for every system.
We work for homeowners, developers, architects and facility managers on new builds and on buildings that are already occupied.
Many problems in finished buildings come from systems designed in isolation: cameras with no network capacity, smart lighting with no neutral at the switch, an AC controller nobody can reach. So we design security, network, climate, lighting, AV and power together, on one plan, before anything is bought.
The same thinking led us to build Sync Design Desk, the software we use to draw and price every job. It means the drawing the client approves is the drawing our installers work from.

Design before we buy
Devices, coverage, cable routes and ports are drawn and checked before anything is ordered.
Our own team on site
Our technicians install, terminate and commission. Work is not passed to unknown subcontractors.
Documented handover
As-built drawings, schedules, passwords and training, so the building does not depend on us.
Vendor neutral
Equipment is chosen for the building, the budget and the people who will maintain it.
Approach
From survey to support.
Survey
A site visit or a review of your drawings. We measure, photograph and note what exists, then agree a brief room by room.
Design
Devices, coverage, cable routes and ports drawn on your plan, with a bill of quantities. You approve the design before we order.
Install
Provisions during construction, then first fix, second fix and commissioning by our own technicians, tested against the drawings.
Support
Handover with as-built drawings and training, then maintenance visits, remote monitoring and call-outs when you need them.
