Simulation
Live demo
Run a hotel room's floor control unit in 3D and a building management system in your browser. Insert the key card, change the setpoint and fan speed, dim the lights, close the blind, then trip a pump or cut the mains and handle the alarms. Everything here is a simulation that runs on your device. Nothing is connected to a real building.
Floor Control Unit Simulation
One hotel room and the floor control unit behind it: the small controller that runs a room's comfort and lighting. It drives the fan coil unit hidden in the ceiling, reads the thermostat, switches four lighting circuits, moves the blind, and watches the occupancy sensor, the door contact and the key card. Do not disturb and make up room requests show outside the door and in the building management system below.

Do not disturb and make up room
Only one can be on at a time. Do not disturb also silences the doorbell. Both light up on the plate outside the door and reach housekeeping through the BMS.

The same hotel on one operator screen. Power, chilled water, air handling and guest rooms report live values every second. Trip a pump or cut the mains to see how an alarm is raised, acknowledged and cleared.

No alarms. Use "Simulate a fault" below the screen to raise one.
Severity is shown by shape and word: High, Medium and Low. An alarm leaves the list once it is acknowledged and back to normal. Trips stay latched until reset.

Simulate a fault
A pump or breaker trip stops the chiller and the rooms start to warm. A blocked filter raises the pressure across F-01. A mains failure starts the generator, the transfer switch moves over and the chiller is shed until the mains return. Trips stay latched until you acknowledge them and press Reset.
