Solutions

Designed together, installed by one team.

Systems that are usually split between several contractors. We design them on one plan, install them with our own team and support them afterwards.

Solution 01

Smart homes

A smart home should be easier to live in than an ordinary one. We plan it with you room by room, choose what is worth automating and what is not, and keep normal switching in place so the house still works when the internet is down.

What is included

  • Room-by-room plan of what you want to control
  • Lighting scenes and wall keypads
  • Air conditioning control and schedules
  • Gate, door and intercom on your phone
  • Multi-room music and TV
  • App and voice assistant setup, with training for the household

What you get

  • One app for the house instead of a drawer of remotes
  • Leaving, Night and Movie scenes on a single button
  • Lights and AC that switch off in empty rooms
  • A system you can extend later without rewiring

Solution 02

Commercial buildings

Offices and mixed-use buildings need systems that tenants barely notice and facility teams can run. We design access, networks, meeting rooms, lighting and climate control as one package, with energy metered per tenant.

What is included

  • Access control and visitor management
  • Structured cabling and Wi-Fi per floor
  • Meeting rooms with one-touch video calls
  • Lighting control with occupancy and daylight sensors
  • Fan coil and VRF control tied to the BMS
  • Energy metering per floor or tenant

What you get

  • One card for doors, lifts and car park
  • Floors handed over tested, labelled and documented
  • Energy use you can bill against
  • Changes made in software when tenants move

Solution 03

Hospitality

Guest rooms should be comfortable when occupied and economical when not. Room control units tie the key card, air conditioning, lights and do-not-disturb together, and report room status to housekeeping and the building management system.

What is included

  • Room control units with key card switches
  • Fan coil control with occupancy setback
  • Do-not-disturb and make-up-room signals
  • Guest Wi-Fi and IPTV
  • Public area lighting and background music
  • CCTV and access control for back-of-house

What you get

  • Empty rooms stop cooling automatically
  • Housekeeping sees which rooms are ready
  • Guests get simple, labelled controls
  • One screen for rooms and plant

Solution 04

BMS & HVAC controls

A building management system lets one operator see and control plant and rooms from a single screen. We design the points list, controllers and graphics, and integrate equipment from different makers so the building is run as one.

What is included

  • Fan coil unit (FCU) and VRF control
  • Hotel room control units (RCU)
  • Chiller, AHU and pump monitoring and control
  • Energy, water and fuel metering
  • Schedules, alarms and trend logs
  • Integration over BACnet, Modbus and KNX

What you get

  • Air conditioning runs only where people are
  • Faults show on screen before tenants call
  • Energy use per floor or tenant
  • Handover documents your maintenance team can use

Solution 05

Security

We draw every camera's field of view on your plan before anything is mounted, so you know what is covered and where the blind spots are. Cameras, alarm, access and intercom then report to the same app.

What is included

  • IP cameras and recorders with remote viewing
  • Access control by card, PIN, fingerprint or phone
  • Video intercom at gates and doors
  • Intruder alarm with door contacts, motion sensors and panic buttons
  • Gate motor and barrier integration
  • Coverage drawings for each camera

What you get

  • You see the coverage before you pay for it
  • Staff and visitors only get in where and when they should
  • Alerts and video on your phone wherever you are
  • Recordings kept for the period you choose

Solution 06

Networks

Everything else in this list depends on the network, so we design it first. Access points are placed from the plan, cable runs are measured, and switch ports and PoE power are budgeted before we order anything.

What is included

  • Cat6 and fibre structured cabling, racks and patching
  • Wi-Fi design and access point placement
  • Managed switches with PoE budgets
  • Separate networks for cameras, guests and staff
  • Two internet lines with automatic failover
  • Remote monitoring and firmware updates

What you get

  • Usable Wi-Fi in every room, the garden and the gatehouse
  • Guests and cameras kept off your main network
  • Every cable labelled and tested, with results handed over
  • Problems spotted remotely, often before you notice

Solution 07

Electrical & panels

Smart systems fail when the power and containment are an afterthought. We do the electrical installation ourselves and build the panels, so conduit, back boxes, supplies and boards for every device are planned with the rest of the design.

What is included

  • Power and lighting circuits
  • Distribution boards and protection
  • Control panels for pumps, gates and plant
  • Containment and provisions for low-current systems
  • UPS, generator changeover and solar integration
  • Earthing and testing

What you get

  • One contractor responsible for power and systems
  • Provisions in place before the walls are closed
  • Critical loads kept running during outages
  • Test certificates for every circuit

Solution 08

Lighting control

Lighting control replaces rows of switches with a few labelled keypads and sensors that do the routine work. Corridors and stores follow movement, offices follow daylight, gardens follow sunset.

What is included

  • Dimming and scene control
  • Engraved wall keypads
  • Motion and daylight sensors
  • Outdoor and landscape lighting on astronomic timers
  • DALI and KNX systems
  • Integration with blinds and curtains

What you get

  • One button for each mood instead of six switches
  • Lights that are not left on overnight
  • Lower power use, especially with generators and solar
  • Changes made in software, without new wiring

Solution 09

Audio-visual

Good AV is mostly invisible: speakers in the ceiling, cables inside the wall, one remote that does the right thing. We plan screen positions, speaker layouts and cable routes early so nothing is surface-mounted later.

What is included

  • Home cinema and media rooms
  • Multi-room and background music
  • TV mounting and video distribution
  • Meeting rooms with video conferencing
  • Outdoor and poolside audio
  • One-touch control from keypads or the app

What you get

  • Music where you want it, controlled from your phone
  • Meeting rooms that start a call with one button
  • No trailing cables or boxes on show
  • Screens and speakers sized to the room

After handover

Support that continues after we leave site.

Every job ends with as-built drawings, device and cable schedules, passwords handed to you, and training for the people who use the system. Maintenance plans cover scheduled visits, remote monitoring of the network and recorders, firmware updates and priority call-outs.
