Platform

Sync Design Desk

Our design platform for smart building, electrical, network, panel and controls jobs. Start from a client's floor plan, finish with a proposal, scaled drawings and an install pack, all from one project.

Outputs

What a finished design gives you.

Three documents that never disagree, because they come from the same model.

  • 01

    The client proposal

A clear design and bill of quantities that helps win the job. Prices are entered only in the BOQ, so the design itself stays price-free.

  • 02

    The drawings

Scaled sheets with title block, legend, device positions dimensioned to walls, and cable and port schedules.

  • 03

    The execution plan

What installers need on site: provisions before installation, accessories, cable runs, device schedule and labour.

Modules

One platform, one login.

Beta modules are open to use while we finish them.

  • Live

    Smart Building Automation

Cameras, access control, alarms, network, lighting and climate on the floor plan. Coverage, cabling, ports, BOQ and the client proposal.

  • Beta

    Electrical Design

Electrical points, circuits and distribution boards. Cable sizing, volt drop, fault level, board schedules and the single line diagram.

  • Beta

    IT & Network Design

Structured cabling, racks, IP and VLAN plans and Wi-Fi zones for whole buildings.

  • Beta

    Panel Designer

Boards and control panels to scale, built from your Electrical boards, with schedules and checks.

  • Beta

    PLC & Controls

I/O lists, controller sizing, BACnet points, riser and sequences.

Built by installers

We use it on our own jobs every day.

That decides what goes in.

Vendor neutral

Devices are generic types. The make and model are chosen per project.

One source of truth

Plan, BOQ, schedules, drawings and checks are views of one project, so a change shows everywhere.

Installer detail

Provisions, accessories, port and PoE budgets, cable lengths and setting-out dimensions are part of the design.

CAD drawing aids

Grid, snap, ortho and object snap, typed lengths, layers with lock, and command search with Ctrl+K.

Design checks

Coverage, port and power checks are listed for review before a design goes to the client.

For other installers too

Integrators can register and design their own jobs. Paid plans will follow.
